I'm showing Hell Mutts 3 years over the active roster cap years.

Also, not sure if this matters (I don't think it does) but Floyds are 1 active IDP short.

MFL shows John at 67 years, with 2 on IR, so legal at 65

As to the minimums:
Beginning with the 1st day of In-Season Free Agency, each team must maintain a minimum of 13 Offensive Players (IOP's) and 9 Defensive Players (IDP's) on their Active Roster. The 13 IOP and 9 IDP's can be any mix of positions within either side of the ball, as long as you have at least 13 on offense and 9 on defense. During the off-season(which commences after the Super Bowl, teams are allowed to be below these minimums.

I found at what point I went over...it was March 6th when I reneg'd Chad Greenway from 523/2 to 823/5. I was already maxed at 65 years and then I added 3 more years!

I think I have to be fined 20% of 823 = 165 cb's and must make cuts to free up at least 3 years (still soft cap period).

IF I am correct then I will cut both RB MTurner (988/2) and LB SNicholas (100/1).

Ruling???

OK, well then to keep it simple, you would need to take the 20% cap hit on both Kuechly and DWill at their salary levels at the time. Make the cuts to get under. Then reneg, DWill, making any other cuts needed to get under years after reneg...

After the Kuechly/DWilliams trade and DWilliams reneg on Feb 26th I was still legal.

I don't think there are any penalties on the DWilliams trade or reneg due. I think the confusion might be that all this discussion is on that trades thread when I responded to Pat's observation that I was over (on this thread) on years...

Ah ok..I get it now....ok, well since Reneg's are not really due until March 31, then just make the cuts, no penalties necessary...
