Promote QB Ryan Tannehill, MIA to ACTIVE

He has a $345 salary for this year and with the other moves (trade with Mashers) I should have a grand total of $28 cap room at this point. I checked three different ways but if I missed anything please let me know and I can make another move.

That's what I have on MFL, and I just went through Pat's app last weekend to sync it up, so unless we both missed something, you should be good...of course I can't guarantee it, so if we find something we'll let you know what the penalty is ;-)
