MFL rosters updated

I took the liberty to update the MFL rosters for the moves from the past week or so.

Hope I'm not stepping on Dale's toes, just trying to help out since it seems he hasn't had a chance to keep them updated this week.

Actually... I still need lines 118-123 updated on my team's page of the app. The cap hits are not showing up in the final column.
