My bad, never saw the comment. It is what it is....I kind of rushed through this to get it in and under the cap before the season started.

Most of you know me. I'm a "spirit of the law" vs. "letter of the law" kind of guy. Considering the fact that the Mosquitoes came into the league at the last minute... and considering the fact that this is his PRACTICE SQUAD player... and considering the fact that we can only keep one 4th round pick each year... AND considering the fact that we all basically max out our PS players with contract years because it doesn't impact any other count (while still on the PS)... AND given the fact that he cut Spahn in this thread...

I'm in favor of allowing Brazil a 4 year contract on the PS.
However, if the rest of the league thinks that I'm being way too lenient... I'll listen.

Jim's decision works for me.

I didn't realize it was the Mosquitoes who made the error in not declaring years. I'm totally cool with some leniency on the new guy who filled in at the last minute. Even if he did beat me week 1! :P
