He should NEVER be allowed to coach again at any level. EVER!

And to think, I spent 45 minutes talking with him on a flight to DC right after he was hired to coach the Bills. He talked a good game, but clearly resorted to monstrous tactics to try and pull his game off.

I wonder if there is enough evidence to make a criminal case against him. His actions are just despicable.
