Rich... I hate to say this... but the 24-hour window passed before you made your cut or declaration. So unless you had room on your roster, I'm going to have to declare him "back in the pool". According to this thread, the player sold at 9:10am on 9/16... and the 24-hour window expired at 9:10am on Saturday, 9/17. You didn't make your cut until 4pm-ish on Sunday, 9/18. Sorry, man.

Here are the rules on the penalties for a first offense...
