2.02 QB Jake Locker, TEN

I had to 'Ponder' this one a bit :) but I smell a run on QBs and he probably wouldn't have slipped down to 2.7 .. so I'll go with the guy with the most experience and best combine workout. I also like the fact he will have early opportunity to get live game experience in Tennessee..

Good risk/reward considering he would have been the 1st overall pick had he come out a year earlier.

Should have a good idea of what you have by the end of the season. Lockout really hurts the rookie QBs that have a chance to start.
