Official 2011 RFA Opening Day

As April 1st is a Friday, we'll go ahead and start the bidding on Monday April 4th at 12:01am EDT. This will give me the weekend to compile the list if I haven't gotten to it already...hopefully I will have the 2011 MFL site updated also.
