Shall we use the Power Rankings to determine final Wild Card playoff spot? PASSES

A yes vote would be to use the Power Ranking to determine which teams gets the final Wild Card playoff spot. So team with the highest Power Ranking that has not qualified for playoffs, will be given the final (6th) playoff slot.
