Central Division Champs
 

Congrats to the Reds for locking up the Central Division. We tried to make it close but just did not have enough to overcome a great week by the Reds.

Thank you for the kind words, although I feel rather undeserving. I have had ridiculous luck this season, getting big games from random players at the most opportune times. There is a lot to be said for an all-play or total-points system.....

I wouldn't be opposed to having ALL the WC or maybe the last or bottom 2 WC card spots based on total points or ALL play record.

On the flip side....look at the drama now! Chunks and Burners are fighting with Freedom and Ragers for the one spot left. If Freedom win, but Ragers lose, Freedom is in no matter what Chunks and Burners do. But Freedom loses and Ragers win, then Chunks are in - unless they lose themselves.

And if all four win, then we have a four-way tie!

I believe I can still win my division also. If I win and Llamas lose, all 3 of us would be tied in overall record and H2H record. Llamas and my division record would be better, so that would eliminate Burners from Division title. So it would come down to total points between Llamas and myself.
I currently have the edge there.... So then Llamas would be in the WC mix....

I think Preds was in a league, where you got points for a win for H2H matchup that week, and also you got points for your all-play record that week....so say, you lose your H2H match up with 2nd best score, you would still get credit for a good week in your all-play matchup against the rest of the league.

I'll have to ask him how that worked....would be fun to at least toss it out there for discussion in the boring off season....
