Goin' to Egypt
 

I'll be vacationing in Egypt as of day after tomorrow, and I'm currently scrambling to get ready for the trip, so forgive me if I compress several items into one post:

1. Congrats to the Toxic Waste. Playing keep-away with McMahon was dirty, but completely legal and, furthermore, validated by the very fact that it got you the championship. We should expect no less from anyone who seriously wants to win. Sorry Mike, but you've got to max out those bids if you want to play it safe! My Mike Cloud pick-up was textbook! (Too bad it didn't pay off!)

2. 17th week Super Bowls do indeed suck, and I would vote to reduce the playoff pool to 4 teams.

3. I should be checking in again after Jan. 15. I can't imagine anything happening before then, but if it does, call Brant.


Thanks for a great inaugural (for me) season! Looking forward to many more.
