Reds give:

Dallas Clark
Tony Romo
Miles Austin
Reds or Llamas natural second rounder (whichever is worse and available after accounting for previous trade Reds/Burners re: Anthony Dixon)

Burners give:

Mike Williams TBB
Mike Williams SEA
Jonathan Stewart
Burners 2011 last natural first-rounder

John to confirm.

Cap space and years issues on both sides, so cuts or additional trades to follow.
