Roster Submission Penalties

About an hour ago, I realized that I didn't set my roster for this week. Thus no RBs (so much for Addai and MJD...I was able to add Westbrook for afternoon game) and 1 WR short.

I haven't researched it yet, but does anyone know if there is a penalty for this?

First time failure to submit is warning....2nd time and on there are points penalties
