5.01 QB/WR Joe Webb MIN
Perfect guy to let stew on your practice squad for 5 years at no cost. I could have picked some players who can contribute right away but I still have 5.8 and 6.8 to fill needs.
Webb is the a freak athlete even by WR standards and would have been at the top of many combine tests if he were invited based on his Pro Day results. 6'3" 223 lbs 4.44 40 42" vertical 21 reps bench press He did well enough at mini-camp that the Vikings want to keep him at QB, but if he flames out there he can become a stud WR. His versatility makes him a lock to to make the roster IMO even though he was a 6th round pick. http://insideuab.com/wp-content/uplo...9/img_2167.jpg |

"How many of these QB to WR transitions are successful. Hines Ward is probably the best and after that you have guys like Randle-El, Arnaz Battle, and Ronald Curry."

In Webb's defense he has actually played WR at the college level (sophomore year) and he's more athletic compared to that midget Armanti Edwards. |
