Week 14 - Playoff weekend UNO...
 

Two games this weekend...
#3 Attack vs. #6 Insects... going into the Monday Night game, the Attack hold a 13.15 lead... (6.15 game margin + the 7 home field advantage points). The Insects have their #1 WR playing Monday, Anquan Boldin. If he can score 13.16 points, they upset the number three seed & move on to play the LLAMAS in round two. If Boldin can't, the Attack will play the OPIHI.

#4 Chunks vs. #5 Swords... it was hard-fought, but it's over. The Chunks move on, beating the swords by 21.1 points (14.1 game margin + 7 points home field advantage). Their playoff week 2 opponent will be determined by the winner of the other game. If the Attack win, the Chunks will play the Llamas. If the Insects win, they'll play the Opihi.

Yah, I was a bit nervous there..after the morning games, I was down 122 to 70 something..but still had Chris Johnson and Rivers going in afternoon, so was hopeful...I guess Fitz tonight is just gravy.....

While I am glad to see Patrick vanquished (it gets me a higher pick in the first next year). I was already to write him a congratulatory note since Marshall put up 40+ points yesterday (unfortunately Rodgers did not light it up) then I saw that the Chunks got some gue games of their own including Chris Johnson. Overall there were some pretty impressive scorers over the weekend. Congrats to those who moved on here!

Ugh,I forgot about home field advantage. I thought I had a pretty good chance of Boldin cashing in 6 pts. 13 is doable, but he needs a good game to get there.

However, you can't write it up any better. Monday Night Football to decided a playoff game with a clear score and player to root for/against!

Barring an injury, a 6 point deficit would have been a no brainer... a 13 is still fairly probable... I like the Insects' odds tonight.

Evidently the "expanded 6" playoff format yields the same top 4 seeds in the semis... at least for year one!

We need to change the website... it has the Opihi vs. Chunks... but the Llamas have earned the right to play the lower seed based on their better record.
