Soft CAP Period

I totally spaced it out, and Bobby brought it to my attention at poker Monday night, but we have been in Soft Cap period since Nov 1st.

I need to go back through cuts made since then to adjust penalties.....so some of you have more cap space then is listed on the Website...

For newbies, Soft Cap means that any cuts made, the penalty is split between this year and next, so half the penalty goes against your cap this year, the other half gets pushed to next year
