It's basically just LJ for Holmes (plus a little draft movement). Could be a whole lot of nothing. Could be a very good trade for one of you - but it's hard to say right now which side that might be! If LJ can get back to being THE GUY in KC, then Scorpions got a good RB at a very reasonable price. But can LJ come back to even close to form? Not sure. Holmes is a decent, but not superstar WR. At that price, he's a good buy... but could this be the year he "moves to the next level" and really becomes a weapon for fantasy owners? Not sure either....

Right on. I had an 5 RBs at the time who are slated to start. I only had 2WRs. This trade enables me about another 600 bucks in cap room for the FA and Holmes as a WR #3 was music to my ears. This could really help Scorpions also because if LJ is back to old form he as a great RB at a great price. KC didn't draft another RB on purpose this year so that is good news for LJ.
