I will lay this out by team and players on rook contract

I'm pretty sure I read all this right and let me know if something is wrong.

These are the new 2008 salaries after the 10% has been applied to the 2007 salary, and the bonus added on top of that.

Interesting to note that there is only one 1.1, 1.2, and 1.3 pick in this list. This goes back to 2005. Wowza.

Ok quick question before the roster app ... no one should have hard cap hits right now ... but soft cap applies?

Please check out this updated thread as I made many mistakes due to the RULES link not being updated!

I really apologize as many people have less CBs!
