Why are you cutting this guy? You have enough cap space, and his cut puts you under the IDP minimum of 9. Do you want more penalties to deal with?

i was going to pick up a DB and have not the money to do so without cutting him.... I want to start 2 DB's this week not 1 (due to bye). NoI dont want a penalty... I suppose I should hold thi sguy till I win the DB then cut this guy. Sorry for reverse orders. So, dont cut this guy yet...

Tulloch had a 3 year contract (http://www.predsff.com/forums/showth...hlight=tulloch) and thus should have a 25cb signing bonus hit applied
