Hey, I need another deep receiver. For 115 I figured he was worth the long shot. It's obvious the numbers he put up in college, and the measurables he obviously has, that he has a mental block cathcing the ball. I figured, and you of all people should know, that it was a cheap enough risk/reward bid. I wasn't going to go all out, but I figured I was getting 7:1 odds on my bid.

Yeah, those are very logical reasons why you should bid on him, but this thread is not about logic, hence the thread title. It's about Viking's fans emotions! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU BID ON WILLIAMSON AFTER THE CRAP HE PUT US THROUGH! :D

Well, from a logic stance, I think he plays this year and will be a nice undervalued player for whoever lands him = best tactical move for my team and my QB needs and cap space.

From a Vikings-fan perspective, I probably shouldn't bid on him! ;)

Except you know I like the Pack and have always appreciated Favre.
