2.11 WR Mario Manningham Giants
 
When he's been on the field, he's been the best receiver in the Big Ten for years IMO. This guy is a special receiver - he just needs to stay healthy.

I heard an interview w/ this guy and he is an idiot. Good on the field but he came off like a real moron in the interview. Although, who am i to say as I picked Hardy in round 1 and look what he likes to do.
