1.10 QB Matt Ryan, Atlanta

I hate to take a QB so high but after being without a true QB last year it seems like this is a decent fit. Plus with pick 16 there should a decent WR option or lesser RB to add to the squad.

Last but not least he is from the Philly area so at least he has that going for him
