MLF dues + website maintenance
 

Following the lead of SAC'D (you can find the thread here!)... I'd like to get everyone to contribute $8 towards the "infrastructure" of the FRENZY league.

MLF fees this year are $69.95. This breaks down to $5.83 per team. Plus, Mike pays a yearly fee to run these boards. He says it doesn't matter to him, but if you all want to send me an even $8, I can donate the rest of it to Mike to help defray his costs (this is what SAC'D is doing).

If you don't have paypal access... THEN GET WITH THE 21ST CENTURY, MAN!!! (seriously, doesn't everyone these days?)

NOW... who can tell me how to make a payment for the mlf fees (ie. do I need to be granted access, or know special account numbers, etc.)? I'll do that today.

Jim, you need to log onto the 2008 MFL site for the Frenzy as commish.

Go to "For Commisioners". At the bottom is a link "$$ Purchase League $$". Click on that and you should be able to PayPal your 2008 payment and you'll be all set.

Ah. Here's the problem. I'm not recorded on the website as being the Commissioner, yet... can someone update my account with MLF?

You know I think my check from Philly to HI made it quicker than when I sent the money to Mike in Buffalo a few years ago.

Derby Car's check just arrived. The reason it took so long was Nate put it in a bottle and set it adrift across the Pacific. A fishing vessel 150 miles off the coast of Kauai picked it up and brought it in. Then our friends at the US Postal Service took it from there. No worries!!!

Now, if we can only get the Mutts to check the board...

I almost nixed the bottle idea but thought it would be cheaper. Glad it got to ya and sorry it took so long.

Will be sending Mike "upkeep" money down the road... still waiting on Mutts' payment.

Some mysterious entity just sent $8 to me via paypal. I'm assuming it's those good old Mutts... so we're complete! Thanks all. I'll be getting Mike his 'website donations' now from our 'leftovers.' Mahalo!
