Preds taking over for Brett
 

Details are made clear in the SAC'D thread, but just in case anyone isn't paying attention to that thread. Mike will step in and manage Brett's team until such a time as Brett can return.

Mike, do you need more time to declare RFAs, or do you think you can do it all by Monday? Jim is taking care of the roster apps at this point (sorry Jim, I've fallen off the 2007 app, so I'm not a good backup at this point). Jim, can you send the current 2007 and 2008 apps to Mike to review?

Let me know what kind of timeframe you'd like. You can declare without penalty, and make any cuts you need. We can extend the start of RFA for a bit, but hopefully it doesn't need to be more than a couple of days. Let me know if you agree or not.

Jim said he could get me a 2008 app tommorrow. Does anyone have a final or near final 2007 app? If so, please email it to preds1@gmail.com

I can probably get you RFA's by Sunday afternoon, and the bidding can open as planned Tuesday (I believe).

ETA, I can also make any necessary cuts and whatnot by Monday.

I'm going to be at a conference next week Thursday through Sunday. Won't have internet access. So I have no problem with you pushing things back a week, if needed. If everything's ready to go as planned, I'll make due.

Frenzy won't need to push back for me. Picking 3 RFAs is no big deal. The only advantage to pushing back might be trades, but honestly I don't think I need extra time. I can make do with whatever Brett's roster is (haven't even looked at his team yet).

If the league wants to push back for other reasons (such as yours) that's fine, but they don't need to due to my emergency fill-in.

The most recent 2007 app I have is at work, so I wouldn't be able to get that to you until monday.

GREAT to have you back in the league, Mike... even if it's only for a short while. You bring experience, passion, humor... and some killer skillz (as my 13 year old son, says)!
