Remove Highlanders + add two replacement teams - Passes 9-0
 

As talked about in several other threads (including http://www.predsff.com/forums/showthread.php?p=62070), this vote is to remove Highlanders ownership and simultaneously replace them and the Preds with Patrick (Liquid Swords) and Brian Liefeld.

Discounting the Preds toying with us, this passes. At this point it's 9-0. If Mutts vote, it'll either pass 10-0 or 9-1.

We're moving on and having "New" Brian and Patrick get set up with their teams.
