Removing Highlanders / 2 replacement teams
 

The general consensus seems to be that Smitty has abandoned us and we need to replace his team. Does anyone feel that we need to do more to contact him before we vote to move ahead with new ownership? If there's no objections, I'll post a poll. Note: I made this a separate thread with his name in the title so that on the off chance he logs in, he sees it, even though we've all talked about it in numerous threads.

We had three people express interest in filling the 2 slots. I talked to Burt to see how strong his interest really was and he said "I have no problem stepping aside. I wasn't really of the mind to take on another team, just wanting to help a good league out in a pinch. So by all means, let your buddy have one of the teams, and give Patrick first shot at the other."

Unless anyone objects, I was going to post the poll to say something along the lines of "remove Highlanders and replace them and Preds w/ Patrick and my buddy that I talked about in the other link". Objections to that?
