Out of Town - Road Trip!!
 

I know that the draft is coming up. I am going to be out of town until Monday. Going to Milwaukee to watch the border battle with the Twins.

My 11 month old daughter is finally going to get a taste of a real baseball ballpark!

Too bad the Twins suck and the Brewers rock. Oh well, it's been like 20 years since that's happened, so I guess we can throw 'em a bone ;)

First games are a great memory. I grew up in the Bay Area...still remember my first trip to the Stick...Mays in center, McCovey at first, Bobby Bonds in right, Marichal on the mound...against the hated Dodgers!! I think Drysdale was pitching....hot dog wrappers stuck to the cyclone fence in the outfield...dirt devils swirling around home plate..colder than crud in mid afternoon...Mays hit one out so far I thought it was going to land in the Bay...Bonds caught one up against the fence....Stretch towering over Wills at first before Marichal picked him off....sweet....
