2007 Frenzy RFA Declerations
 

Are we still requiring RFA Declarations by March 31? With the RFA bidding delayed, I want to be clear on the declarations.

Personally, I don't see a reason to delay the declarations, just the necessity to delay the start of bidding till the end of April since I will be MIA for such an extended period.

Same as I said in SAC'D. I think requiring the tenders 3+ weeks before the bidding starts places an undo risk on the tendering teams for little or no reason. Unless there is a compelling competitive reason to require the tenders on 3/31, I think we move the tender deadline back to 4/22.
