Happy 39th Mr. Benny

Mike- Happy Birthday. Hopefully all of the weather issues in upstate NY are not dampening you day. Which oddly enough happens to be Valentine's Day. Hope you enjoy both!!

Hey!! Way to go Mike....almost to the hill!! Have a fun day today! (Does your wife combine gifts for you today?)

Re: Happy 39th Mr. Benny

Thanks for remembering (or at least seeing it online)! What's with Mr. Benny? :confused

Weather here is a non-issue. Weathercasters kept talking up this impending "storm", and we got maye 3 inches, big whoop!

BTW Burt, I get off scott free for V-Day, never had to worry about hooking up the wife (or girlfriends in the past) with flowers and whatnot since it was MY day. As for "combined" gifts, if you're taking that where I think you are, then ya, I get shafted!
LOL

I'll see if my wife will want to celebrate Mike's birthday with me tonight... I'm always up for some "combined gifts"! Though I'm not sure how to smoothly transition the subject...

("So, dear... do you know what day it is today!?!? Well, yes... but do you know what OTHER day it is? In the far reaches of the Northeast of this great country there sits a man who is all about PASSION. More than anyone I know, this guy gets excited (note to self: leave out any reference to fantasy football - major downer to the 'spousal unit') and enjoys sharing that excitement with others. Well, today's his birthday, and to honor the spirit of passion that this man stands for, how about we...")

Happy 39th Mike... you're just a few months behind me in the race for 40! See you in a month or so!

Just asking, cuz I got married on my Birthday, and it is no longer My Day!! and since it is also so close to Fathers Day, I sometimes get one combined present for all..of course it's then something big, like the kegerator I got last year :Alcoholic

I believe the title is a reference to Jack Benny, who always remained 39 to his death....

OMG Jim, that was GREAT. I'm STILL laughing (so is Kelly BTW).

We're really looking forward to our upcoming trip to your islands. Should be a great time! You interested in going to the Paradise Cove Luau with us?

Depends on which night you're going? Easter Sunday? Don't buy your tickets ahead of time. I think we can get them cheaper for you!

Happy belated B-day Mike. I must not have checked yesterday. I hope you "got" everything you wanted.
