Frenzy is fine, but I agree with Skippy (not common) -- ditch the IDP. Where's the creative juices???

I agree. I would like to go with my hometown, a color and a name (other than this seeming like a combination of Mad Libs and naming blues musicians). For example Glenside Golden Hawks or something like that.

I'd prefer to keep the Frenzy idea as part of the league name. Don't have any original ideas to speak of at this point, though.

Well the full name for the Frenzy is "Feeding Frenzy" as in sharks going nuts in the water at the first scent of blood.

The Frenzy was founded by a group of us from FootballGuys.com's boards who considered ourselves sharks, thus felt the name fitting.

Well, this league was born off my post in the Frenzy to add IDP's, and after a couple hours (and 50 or so posts) we came to the realization that a spinoff league may be a better thing. We're basically using the Frenzy rules with a few of the CDL's twists.

Thus that's why the group of Frenzy owners (half this league) has an attachment to the name.

All that being said, I'm totally open to a unique name. Frenzy IDP was just a temporary working name (IMO at least). I would like to keep some tie-in with the Frenzy name somehow though.

OK... here is my idea..
To keep with the whole "Feeding Frenzy" theme (1. the frenzy guys seem to be sensitive about it. 2. It's better than bisyllabic anything).
Somebody in a feeding frenzy could be considered a Glutton, also with all of the other leagues most of us are in we are all "a glutton for punishment" w/(wifes, work, sanity, etc...).
Then... Frenzy can also mean "Mania" Soooo... How about "Gluttonmania".
